Liberty American has created a Preferred Rental Dwelling program to meet the needs of this expanding market in Florida. This program is designed to protect your rental property including single family dwellings, condominiums, duplexes and townhouses that are rented a minimum of two weeks at a time

We believe it’s important to provide our customers the flexibility to design a policy to meet their specific needs. We’ve made available an extensive selection of optional coverages to match those needs. Our policy provides a custom solution, including the ability to add coverage for contents located at the rental property, liability for the premises, and coverage for other structures.

We have available numerous policy discounts that ensure our customers obtain the greatest value for their insurance dollar. We recognize that newer homes, homes having installed burglar or fire alarms, or other types of protective devices reduce the chance of certain claims. We pass this reduced risk on to our customers in the form of lower premiums. In addition, we offer optional payment plans to give our customers the freedom to choose how they pay their insurance premium.
